We are one of two schools in the state who have been invited, and we are very proud to announce that our Head Councillors, Emily Smith and Zac Icaro, have been selected.

We recently visited the Governor and Mrs Dawson at Government House to meet with the other students and to learn more about the program. Emily and Zac have been invited back to take part in leadership workshops, events and development programs. We are proud to be part of this amazing opportunity and proud that Merriwa Primary School is featured as a school of such high regard.
